Just three miles from the vibrant Cathedral City of Hereford, our location is second to none. We welcome both children and pets and our resident sheepdog Seb is always happy to make new friends, whether they have two legs or four.

Take a leisurely stroll through our extensive garden, relax in the summer house with a hot tub (be sure to check out extra information below), or explore the local area and discover an abundance of wildlife and birds along the river.

Our spacious and comfortable en-suite bedrooms are fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a refrigerator stocked with fresh milk, hospitality trays, 32” flat-screen TVs, USB charging outlets, and Wi-Fi.

Unwind in our large oak-beamed lounge and indulge in traditional farmhouse fare or start your day off right with a delicious locally sourced farmhouse breakfast in our charming flag-stoned dining room.

Centrally located in the scenic Herefordshire countryside, our farm offers easy access to all of Herefordshire's bustling market towns, as well as nearby destinations such as Malvern and Worcester, Symonds Yat, Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, and the Welsh Borders. And of course, don't forget to visit Hereford city with its awe-inspiring cathedral and Mappa Mundi.

  • Hot Tub - Due to the current economic climate, we kindly ask that you confirm at the time of booking if you wish to use our hot tub, as we may need to switch it on. Unfortunately, there is a small additional charge, though we believe that the experience will be worth it.

Situated south of Hereford, just 3 miles from the city of Hereford.

From Hereford, take the A49 towards Ross-on-Wye.  At the traffic lights turn left onto the B4399 (signposted Rotherwas & Holme Lacy) - the farm is two miles from this junction, go through the built-up area and industrial estate.  As you come out of the speed limit, you are in the countryside, the farm is on your left-hand side just on the nasty bend. (If using a Sat.Nav, please note that several properties in this area share the same postcode, so you may need to go a little further as some Sat.Navs. direct visitors to 701).

From Ross-on-Wye, take the A49 towards Hereford,  approx. 10 miles from Ross, you have a pub on your left, just past there you will come to a roundabout, take the last exit off towards Rotherwas and Holme Lacy, at the next roundabout take the third exit off towards Holme Lacy.  As you come out of the speed limit, you are in the countryside, the farm is on your left-hand side just on the nasty bend. (If using a Sat.Nav, please note that several properties in this area share the same postcode, so you may need to go a little further as some Sat.Navs. direct visitors to 701).
