Neil & Wendy always aim to exceed guests’ expectations and attention to detail. Their ‘spa barn’ with a hot tub and sauna offers something different. It is the perfect chance for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. The Oak Room provides a unique breakfast and sitting area for guests, so you can enjoy panoramic views of the farm and Alkham Valley. Guests can sit in front of the log burning stove to unwind and relax with a good book or enjoy the sunsets across the valley.

Car arrival: M20 towards Dover, past Junction 13 as you leave the hill tunnel, immediately turn left (Canterbury / Folkestone A260). Left at roundabout and back over motorway. Immediately turn left. After 100 metres at next roundabout follows signs for Alkham. In approximately 1.8 miles turn right into Meggett Lane. Alkham Court is on right just before top of hill.
