We are a family run working farm in rural Norfolk. Guests can be assured of a warm welcome from Ben & Diane and their family.

If you are looking for a rural retreat away from the bustle of every day life, then take the opportunity to stay with us in our Comfortable & spacious en-suite B&B accomodation in our ground floor annexe, and we have a guest lounge with wood burner.

All our free range meats,eggs and vegetables are produced on the farm. . Ideal countryside location near Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Dereham & Fakenham, and perefct for exploring the Norfolk Coast & Norwich.

Spacious ground floor en-suite bedrooms, accessible on one level.

Delicious home cooked breakfast using farm produce and fresh local produce. Breakfasts are served in spacious conservatory with fabulous views of the farm.
