We look forward to welcoming you to our award winning B&B, we have 2 spacious guest rooms in a self contained wing of the house. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower over, comfy seating to enjoy the wonderful views over open countryside and a well stocked tea tray with homemade cookies. A separate guest entrance allows you to come and go as you please, relax in the guest sitting room or large garden with various seating options. Breakfast is a relaxed affair with lots of delicious choices to suit all tastes and appetites. We are happy to provide vegetarian options.

Excellent facilities throughout:- generously proportioned en-suite rooms, guest sitting and dining rooms. Guests are offered a teatray of homemade cakes and tea or coffee on arrival - the ideal start to a relaxing break! Wake up to spectacular views of rolling countryside and enjoy our locally produced tasty breakfast. We produce our own sausages and bacon - you can really taste the difference! Our happy hens lay fresh eggs with gorgeous yellow yolks. Meet Mack, our friendly B&B dog, he is sure to give you a warm welcome! Fizz, our ginger cat is very friendly and always keen to meet new people!

We are convenient for Ludlow, Ironbridge, Bridgnorth and Bewdley. An ideal base for discovering South Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. There are lots of great walks, many straight from the door and the local Footpath Association keep them all in good heart. Visit West Midlands Safari Park, Severn Valley Railway, Acton Scott Victorian Farm and Ironbridge Gorge Museums. Go Ape have high ropes in the Wyre Forest, as well as great walks through the forest to suit all the family. Come and discover this peaceful corner of Shropshire, perfect for Hygge. There are several National Trust and English Heritage sites within driving distance, including Berrington Court, Croft Castle, Brockhampton and Witley Court.

Although this is a working farm guests do not have to negotiate the farmyard to reach us! Enjoy the best of both worlds - a tranquil rural location and excellent modern facilities. We are happy for guests to visit the animals, we have hens, sheep, calves and often pigs. Depending on the season they may be inside or in the surrounding fields.

John and Catherine have both lived in the area all their lives so have excellent local knowledge and are always happy to share their top tips for your stay. If you don't fancy heading out for food Catherine offers home cooked evening meals, by prior arrangement or bring back a takeaway to eat in the guest dining room.

We now have an EV charger which is available to guests, please enquire at time of booking if this is something you plan to use.

From the A4117 through Cleobury Mortimer towards Ludlow, turn right at traffic lights. After approximately 1 mile you will see an Orange barn on the right hand side of road, the farm drive is next on right. Drive through entrance, past cattle shed on left then through house gates, keeping house on right and park on the gravel area. Entry is via the green fron door - please ring the bell loudly as I don't always hear it!
