Church Farm is a working fruit farm. We are 5 miles from Bury St Edmunds. Our rooms are both beautifully furnished with ensuite and are separate to the house with their own entrances from the garden.

There is plenty of space to take a walk, run or just sit by our lake. Both our rooms are separate to the main house with their own entrances. They are both ensuite with super king size beds made up with the softest feather duvets & crisp Egyptian cotton sheets.
We offer a delicious farmhouse breakfast using local produce & fresh strawberries & raspberries from our fields. Breakfast can be taken in our breakfast room or brought to your room door in a beautifully laden hamper.
The Manger pub is a few minutes walk away. We have a large off road parking area.

Church Farm is a flint farmhouse on a working a Fruit Farm, just 5 miles from Bury St Edmunds & 6 miles from Lavenham. There is plenty of space to walk, run or just sit by the lake. Farmhouse breakfast using our own home grown fruit, when in season, homemade jam and local produce. Local pub 50yds away for evening meals.

Our beautifully decorated Bramley room has a super kingsize bed with private entrance on the ground floor. Bramley has an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, table top basin,toilet & underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bed is made up with soft goose down & feather duvets & crisp Egyptian cotton sheets. In our bathrooms we provide our guests with a range of the beautiful Bramley bath products which are made in the British countyside.& are eco friendly. Guests will also find a TV, Nespresso coffee machine using coffee pods from our local coffee roaster, suffolk tea & hot chocolate.
