Terms and Conditions Please read the following terms & conditions carefully.
Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.
Payment : An initial deposit of £30.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your room. A balance payment is required on departure and preferred payment is method is by cash or cheque.
Cancellation : If in the unlikely event you are forced to cancel your stay cancellation charges will apply. A deposit of £30.00 will be lost if cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Occupancy: Due to fire regulations, under no circumstances shall the maximum accommodation of each room be exceeded in Church Farm.
Dogs: We are happy to accept well behave dogs but, in the interests of hygiene and other guests at Church Farm, they are not allowed in the dining room.
Children: Children are most welcome at Church Farm, however children are the sole responsibility of their guardians.
Smoking: Church Farm is a non smoking establishment.
Checking in and checking out: Check in is between 4.00pm and 7.00pm on your day of arrival. To enable to us to keep our rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and for the convenience of new guests arriving, it would be greatly appreciated if rooms could be vacated by 10:30am on your day of departure. Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce booking charges due to late arrival or early departure.
Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, illness or inconvenience whether to person or property which you or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of your stay.

CHURCH FARM BED & BREAKFAST - ACCESS STATEMENT 2017
Church Farm is set on the southern edge of the village of Atworth, down a 65 metre private tarmac drive beside the churchyard. We normally offer two bedrooms, but a third room is available for families with older children. The house has fitted carpets and central heating throughout.
We accept well behaved dogs.
The following statement is a summary of what we offer. However, if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to ask.
PRE-ARRIVAL We are situated 450 metres off the A365 Bath to Melksham road. The nearest bus stop is by the War Memorial Clock Tower 450 metres from the farm, with hourly services to Bath and Devizes Monday-Saturday and every other hour on Sundays. Bradford on Avon railway station is 5 miles away and Chippenham station 7 miles.

ARRIVAL AND CAR PARKING Please advise us of your anticipated time of arrival so that we can be here to welcome you - to ensure your room is ready we ask that guests do not normally arrive before 3pm. However if you would like to arrive earlier, please ask if this would be convenient. There is ample car parking and a level concrete path of 12 metres takes you to the front door of the farmhouse. We can help you with your luggage if necessary.
MAIN ENTRANCE The front door is 90cms wide and has a small step of 10cms into the hallway. The stairs go up from this area - there are 12 steps measuring 18cms high, 26cms deep and 90cms wide, with a handrail on the right 70cms in height.
PUBLIC AREAS The guests’ lounge is situated to the left of the front door and the dining room is on the right.
BEDROOMS Bedrooms are situated on the first floor. All bedroom doors are 80cms wide and have room keys plus a front door key. Each room is provided with tea and coffee facilities, a colour television, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, hot water bottle and toiletries. Our beds are made up with duvets. However, sheets and blankets can be provided if preferred. The rooms are named after cows on the farm:
Daisy Bedroom with en-suite shower room:
Stag bedroom furniture comprising 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and stool. The double bed is 4ft 6ins wide and has access on both sides. Two bedroom chairs with arms. The room is large enough to comfortably add an extra folding bed for a child. The shower room has a wash basin, WC and shower cubicle with a small step of 30cms and a door 65cms wide.
We normally let either Clover or Buttercup bedrooms with the private bathroom. However, if required, these rooms can be booked together for family or friends to share the private bathroom.
Clover Bedroom: G plan bedroom furniture comprising 2 bedside cupboards, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and stool. The double bed is 5ft wide and has access on both sides. Two easy chairs. Distance from bedroom to private bathroom is 1.5 metres on a private landing.
Buttercup Bedroom: Twin beds - 2 x 3ft single beds. One of the beds can only be accessed from one side. A bedside cupboard is situated between the beds. The furniture is built-in and consists of wardrobe, dressing table with stool, cupboard under a bookcase and one easy chair. Distance from bedroom to private bathroom is 3 metres on a private landing.
Private Bathroom for either Clover or Buttercup Bedrooms: The door is 70cms wide and has two steps down. These are 26cms deep, 18cms high and 80cms wide. The room has wash basin, WC, bath 50cms high with Mira Sports Shower overhead, heated towel rail and a fan heater.
GROUNDS AND GARDEN We have a large well tended garden with a substantial area of lawn and a patio by the fish pool with chairs and tables etc.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All rooms have smoke alarms. There is a fire extinguisher situated at the top of the stairs. We are a non-smoking house but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden. The house can be evacuated via the front door. Mobile ‘phone reception is generally good. Broadband wireless connection is available.

Church Farm is a family run organic dairy farm situated on the southern end of the Cotswolds. The farmhouse is a Grade II listed building with 14th century Tithe Barn.
Large garden with uninterrupted views of the countryside, a patio area to sit and relax away from the noise of the traffic. Within easy walking distance of a good local pub. Easy reach of Bath, Lacock, Bradford-on-Avon and numerous National Trust properties.
Additional Directions Information
By Car: M4 junction 17 onto A350 towards Chippenham. Onto A4 towards Bath going through Corsham. Fork left in Pickwick onto B3109 towards Bradford On Avon. When you reach traffic lights turn left onto A365 towards Melksham. Atworth is situated on this road. As you enter the village take the first right, just before the Clock Tower signed to South Wraxall. After approximately 400 meters fork right into Church Street and then left at the Church gates.
