Large salf contained converted barn overlooking a pond, very comfortable, with a large double bedroom and en suite shower room. An extra bed or cot can be put into the lower half of the bedroom with a screen to divide from the main bedroom. Large sitting/kitchen/dining area. Dogs welcome and there is a kennel if required. We are in the middle of a large pristine family arable farm, so no smelly cows or sheep, only horses and our hens! Lots of wonderful walking in peaceful surroundings, through bluebell woods and fields. Lovely pond with swans and ducks and seats for sundowners and picnics, and a rowing boat for fun! Breakfast provided to include home made bread and our hens eggs.

These can be let individually or together.
Lovely self contained and comfortable converted barn, on two floors. One double bedroom, one single bedroom (can put in extra bed or a cot), bathroom and shower room. Downstairs a sitting room/kitchen/dining area and separate wc. South facing terrace overlooking the garden and malvern hills with a table and chairs for breakfast or sundowners. Breakfast with home made bread and our own eggs is included in the price. The Annexe is situated near to the arable farm complex (no smelly cows or sheep, only horses and chickens!) Lovely walking and views, a large pond with swans and ducks and seating for sundowners and picnics, and a rowing boat for fun!
