Discover beautiful west Wales while staying in Penyrallt Fach, a pretty, quirky cottage on a secluded organic dairy farm, only 1/2 an hour from the superb beaches of Cardigan Bay.

Penyrallt Fach Cottage offers comfortable traditional accommodation for families or couples looking for a peaceful rural retreat. It is an opportunity to stay on an organic dairy farm and to see the day-to-day activities of a working farm deep in the lovely countryside of the Teifi Valley in north Carmarthenshire.

The attractive 19th century stone-built cottage has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen/sitting room with a large farmhouse table and seating for 4, a woodburning stove, comfy sofas and plenty of books & dvds. There is no tv. reception but free Wifi is available. The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, a double and a twin.

Guests are welcome to walk around the farm discovering the fields and ancient woods and guided walks can be arranged with farmer David at no charge, to see the milking cows, our flock of sheep and to watch our working sheepdogs in action. Children can discover the joys of paddling in streams, running in open fields and walking through woods. Little light pollution means there are often clear night skies for star-gazing and hearing the owls call.

Enjoy the superb beaches of Cardigan Bay and the All Wales Coast Path, a must-do for walkers, which are within easy reach, as are the lovely hills of mid-Wales as well as delightful small market towns & villages, many castles and ancient historic sites, beautiful gardens and places of interest.

Dogs are welcome at £15 per dog (max. 2 dogs).

All fuel, electricity, central heating (1st Oct-1st May), bedlinen & towels & basic household items are included in the price.

We are sorry but the cottage is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years.
