Located on the slopes of a secluded valley, our little family farm is the perfect setting to relax, unwind and hide away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Just a 10 minute drive from the popular village of Betws y Coed, at the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, these cottages are perfectly located to make the most of all that North Wales has to offer. The cottages are fitted to a very high standard and stylishly combine modern conveniences such as under floor heating, power showers and flat screen TV’s, with more traditional features like the original oak beams and slate flagstone floors.
Come and see for yourself—a warm Welsh welcome awaits you at Bythynnod Moel Yr Iwrch Cottages.

Wake up to the sound of birdsong and lambs bleating in the fields - that unique countryside melody that's so good for the sould. Make friends with our animals - our friendly cats, dogs and horses always love some attention. Collect your own eggs for breakfast. You may be lucky enough to see a lamb being born if you're here at Easter.

Stroll for miles from your door and return to cosy up in front of the wood burning stove.

Our cottages are warm and cosy and perhaps a little quirky.  but at the same time they offer all the mod cons you'd expect. Eco friendly credentials abound - from the underfloor heating to the eco friendly products - none of them costing the Earth.

Located at the heart of North Wales and within Snowdonia National Park, a 30 minute drive in any direction will take you to the highest mountains or amazing beaches.

Zip wires, surfing, mountain biking, white water rafting, go karting, wild swimming, high rope courses, caving, bouldering - just some of the activities on offer in what's fast becoming a mecca for adrenaline junkies.

Welsh is our family's first language and it's widely spoken in this part of Snowdonia - we'll teach you a phrase or two to impress your friends when you get home.

A warm Welsh Welcome awaits you at Moel yr Iwrch.
