Spacious accessible cottage on farm in unspoilt countryside close to many attractions and beaches. Friendly farm animals, e-bikes available, great for families, couples and also ideal for wheelchair users.

Guests de-stress on arrival! No road noise here even though we are just a few minutes from main road. The spacious semi-detached cottage is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday. We live on site so are on hand if there should be any problems and are happy to give advice on where to visit (including some little known gems) and good places to eat out or shop. Great place for walking or cycling, there are quiet roads and lanes that are not busy even in the summer. Yet all Cornwall's attractions and beaches are not far away.

We recommend the beauty salon on a neighbouring farm for pampering and relaxing treatment. We also now have a qualified holistic/sports massage practitioner on site - our own Becky! You can book a massage in the comfort of your own cottage during your stay.

There is a good swimming pool with flume in the nearby sports complex just 3 miles away

Many of our guests return year after year, some of them several times a year!

Adult guests can loan our 2 ELECTRIC BIKES - a wonderful environmentally friendly way to enjoy the countryside (subject to availability) We can suggest suitable scenic routes of different lengths.  There are many off road routes including Camel trail to Wadebridge and Padstow, and the St Austell Clay Trails. The pedal assist makes it easy to conquer the undulating terrain of Cornwall. And you can request an accompanied ride too if you are a bit unsure.

If needed we can install a third single bed in the spacious twin room (extra charge)
