Court Farm Holidays offer child & baby friendly cottage family holidays in Cornwall. Located together at Court Farm, in the idyllic Village of Marhamchurch, just 2 miles inland from the sand and surf of the North Cornwall coast.

Our selection of holiday cottages are some of the best you can find in Cornwall. Whether you are looking for a classic period cottage, cosy barn, contemporary house with a hot tub or are part of a large group wanting to celebrate a special occasion - we have two large farmhouses. 

Our quality self catering holiday cottages will provide you a home from home comfort, giving you the ideal base to explore this wonderful county. With the added luxury of their very own hot tubs and the immediate surrounding space filled with lots of facilities that are open all year round to entertain everyone, with a very warm heated indoor heated swimming pool, indoor games room, with toddler play area, all weather tennis court, children’s play area and for the parents on site Holistic Treatments and catering, babysitting service. Children can viist the animals each day which include chickens, goats, pigs and ponies.

Lilac is one of our Cornish Cottages, tucked away in a quiet village location. Full of character, but with a fresh white interior with all the wooden doors painted in the calmong tones of Farrow & Ball's French Grey, it has low beamed ceilings throughout the ground floor - its lounge has an inglenook fireplace with real wood-burner. Its separate kitchen is fully equipped with dining table.

Upstairs is the master bedroom has a king-size Iron Bedstead (also flat screen TV), a twin room with vaulted ceiling and bathroom with over-bath shower. For comfort the cottage is beautifully carpeted throughout the first floor, with slate flooring throughout the ground floor, making it practical for pet owners to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs for a small charge of £20 / dog and we ask that owners bring their own dog basket or cage.

Its garden is to the side of the Cottage, is fully enclosed, receives the sun for most of the day and has a picnic table, with BBQ and parasol and loungers provided for the summer months.

Log shed with free log supply for the wood-burner.

Lower Northcott Farmhouse is set in the centre of our Farming Estate and just 2 miles north of the seaside town of Bude, with views out across our farmland to the stunning North Cornwall Coast. Guests can also walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth or join the coastal path in under 20 minutes along our farm lane. The local village pub is also just a half mile walk away.

The farmhouse has extensive facilities to make your stay comfortable and special. There are 9 bedrooms, 2 large lounges, including a traditional "Drawing Room" style Lounge overlooking the front garden - a ‘snug” in the attached annex, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen adjoining the dining room with its real wood-burner and a heated cellar with pooltable.

Ground floor: 1 x twin bedded room, 2 x single bedded rooms , 1 x family bathroom with over-bath shower, 1 x w.c. and shower room.

First Floor: 1 x king-size bedroom in the Annex, 1 x king-size bedroom en-suite , 2 x triple sleepers with 1 king-size bed + 1 single bed (both en-suite), 1 x single bedroom, 1 x king-size bedroom en-suite (with bath and shower cubicle), 1 x family bathroom (with bath and over-bath shower).

The large and enclosed gardens provide ample room for softball games. 

We accept up to 4 well behaved dogs at this property for a small charge of £20 / dog and we ask that owners bring their own dog basket or cage.

Guests staying here have access to all our facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch (4.5 miles away), including the heated swimming pool (between midday-3pm) tennis court and holistic & beauty treatments (which are also available in the farmhouse).

You will find this large Georgian period farmhouse wonderfully secluded and together with the option to book a private catering service it certainly makes the perfect venue for birthday celebrations, reunions general group get-togethers.

We also accept (responsible!) hen and stag parties and can help you organise the activities to maximise the time spent with us.

Guests staying at Northcott really get the sense of getting away from the hustle & bustle, with plenty of space for all the family, it is also perfect for 2 families wanting to holiday together as provides spacious living accommodation for up to 8 people with 2 double en-suite (with walk- in rain showers) bedrooms with king size beds, plus 2 twin bedrooms (which are zip & link so can be converted to doubles upon request) , luxury family bathroom with whirlpool bath & separate rain shower, fully fitted & equipped kitchen, utility room, and open plan dining room with large dining table & lounge (with woodburner), both with panoramic countryside onto coastal views over the large enclosed gardens.

Enjoy breakfast on the raised patio in peaceful surroundings and in the evening light up the BBQ & afterwards watch the sun go down from your private hot-tub.  There is outdoor furniture and some little tykes outdoor play toys for the children to play with. 

With numerous opportunity for walking and the local beach of Northcott allowing dogs all year round (just on leads May-Sept - Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge of £20 / dog and we ask that owners bring their own dog basket or cage.

The local village pub is also just a half mile walk away.

The Cabin offers open plan studio style living for two. Its carpeted bedroom/lounge area leading onto the kitchen with slate flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook from just toast to a complete roast. Off the bedroom area with king size solid oak bed a door leads to the bathroom with jacuzzi bath and over-bath shower.

Step outside onto your own raised pation and enjoy the lovely views whilst having breakfast or a soak in your hot-tub or in the summerhouse.

Guests staying at the Cabin can walk on our farm lane to the local Northcott Mouth beach and stunning South West coastal path.  Just 15 -20 minutes walk (depending on pace!). The local village pub, The Preston Gate, is just as close.

Up to 2 smaller dogs welcome for a small charge of £20 per dog per stay - payable in cash on arrival. We do ask owners to bring their own dog bedding, blankets, towels basket or cage.

Guests staying at the cabin are welcome to use all the facilities at our main holiday site at nearby Court Farm. (Approximately 10 -15 minutes by car and 4 1/2 miles away). Please note use of the swimming pool is restricted to between midday and 3pm during the peak season.

Get away from it all with a stay at Honeysuckle Cottage, the largest of our Cornish Cottages, combining the charm of a traditional cornish cottage with all the modern comforts you’d expect.   With its beautiful features such as its wobbly walls, twisted Oak beams, deep-set windows, slate flooring and wood-burning stove, nestled in the original inglenook fireplace, you can’t help but fall under its spell from the moment you walk through the door.

Honeysuckle provides a wonderful space to switch off, unwind and relax.   With miles of golden sand just minutes away ,  beautiful countryside on your doorstep, let alone our superb on-site facilities, Honeysuckle Cottage is the perfect choice for a holiday to remember.

2 well behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge of £20 a dog. Owners must bring their own dog basket or cage,

Ground floor:  Upon entering through the front door there is a door to the left leading through to the cosy lounge with beamed ceilings and slate flooring, deep comfy sofas, coffee table, wall mounted TV with DVD player and woodburner (with free log supply).  The dining room is next to the lounge with large country style table and ornamental fireplace.  The kitchen is small but fully equipped and the backdoor leads directly out to the enclosed private garden and patio area

First floor: stairs lead from the hallway up to the spacious master bedroom with king-sized iron bedstead, with plenty of room for a cot; twin bedroom; bathroom with raindrop shower.

Directions to Court Farm ...

From the M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton, after about 26.5 miles take the A386 Turning, signposted Holsworthy/Bude A3079. Turn right at the bottom of the slipway onto the A386 then just follow signs onto Hols/Bude taking you onto the A3079 through Halwill Junction & A3072. When you get to 'Stratton' turn left onto the A39, towards Wadebridge, ignore turnings for Bude until you have a left turning left for Marhamchurch, continue along this road for approx 1 mile. Upon entering the village, Court Farm is located directly opposite the pub (the farmhouse has a big monkey puzzle tree in the front garden).
