Terms & Conditions Tresarran Cottages Cornwall holidays commence from 16.00 on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 on the day of departure. Please give prior notification should you wish to occupy your cottage outside of these times and we will try to meet your requirements wherever possible. Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy in all cottages at Tresarran Cottages Cornwall. 1. You and your guests are requested to take due reasonable care of equipment, utensils, furniture and fixtures and fittings in your holiday cottage and also of the amenities at Tresarran Cottages throughout the duration of your stay. You are required to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition, to make good any losses and damage, and to report these as soon as possible prior to departure. Any costs of repairs, replacements and exceptional cleaning is payable before leaving. 2. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the comfort and enjoyment of other visitors or is otherwise causing a nuisance. The proprietors will recover any compensation they may pay to other guests as a result of such actions. 3. A maximum of three pets are allowed in the cottages subject to prior arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the areas directly surrounding the cottages including the lawns, car parks, driveway and the dell. Dogs can run free on the path and the top field provided they are under the control of the owner. Guests must clear up after their dogs immediately and in a hygienic manner. Pets must not be left unattended in a cottage and are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. 4. The person responsible for hiring the cottage must be at least 21 years of age and must be present for the cottage stay. 5. Supervision of children and babies both inside and outside the cottages remains the responsibility of the parent, guardian or accompanying adult at all times. 6. The use of the holiday cottage and amenities, including the car park, the stream side walk, the top field and any play equipment is entirely at the guests risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the guests or their guests or their belongings. We do not accept liability for any personal injuries sustained by you or any member of your party, or for the loss, theft or damage of or to personal property howsoever caused, including motor vehicles. 7. Bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the total cost of the cottage rental is payable six weeks before your arrival. 8. Cancellation or alteration after the booking must be in writing to the proprietors who will aim to meet your needs. If the proprietors are able to re-let a period booked then any refund of the balance will be subject to a deduction for the administration and advertising costs, and at their discretion. If re-letting is not possible you are liable for the total holiday cost. The guest agrees that the Proprietors may charge their debit/credit card for all contractually outstanding amounts. You are strongly recommended to take out appropriate holiday cancellation protection insurance. If, for any reason, we have to cancel your booking, we will make every attempt to offer you equivalent or higher standard accommodation. If this is not possible, our total liability is limited to a refund of the monies paid. We are relieved of all liability should the accommodation reserved not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. 9. Cottages must not be occupied by more than the maximum number stated on the website. The number relates to the permitted number of guests in each cottage. It includes all adults and all children aged over 2 at the time of the holiday not at the time of booking. A cot is only suitable for infants aged 2 or under. Guests will be asked to leave immediately if the cottage has more than it’s permitted number and no refunds will be applicable. 10. Non- residents may only stay in the cottage if it does not lead to over occupation. Prior permission must always be sought from the proprietors if non-residents are to visit during your stay with us. Close to all of Cornwall's attractions including the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Adrenalin Quarry and much more. Our traditional Cornish stone cottages sleep between 2-5 people and are all together in beautiful lawns and gardens. Each cottage has character and unique styles. Amazing forest walks from the doorstep.

Google maps is the best way to find us. Please search for Tresarran Holiday Cottages Directions From Plymouth, follow the A38 past Liskeard, and past the exit for Moorswater Industrial estate. At the next roundabout, take the A390 towards St Austell. Follow this road until you come to a left turn signposted Looe and Polperro B3359. Take this road and follow until you come to a left turn signposted Herodsfoot. Take this road and follow the road past Deer Park forest and Deer Park cabins. After you have passed the Herodsfoot sign, follow the road and you will pass a white bungalow on the left corner. Our driveway is the next left and there is a hanging white sign. There is plenty of parking at the end of the drive.
