This delightful coastal cottage is set in a private position on our land near St Loy Cove. It has parking for three cars at the front of the property and your own EV charger. This beautiful property has lots of space for up to six people plus a cot.
Bedroom 1 – relax in comfort with a 6ft super-king bed, stylish en-suite with 1200x900 shower, basin and wc, large built-in wardrobe & vanity area. Views to the front of the property and the sea.
Bedroom 2 - a pretty room with superking bed(can be converted to twin) and large built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 – overlooking the garden to the sea, with a 6ft super-king bed(can be converted to twin)built in wardrobe & dressing table.
Family bathroom- a spacious bathroom which includes a bath with shower over, vanity basin, wc and feature lighting.
The bedroom area leads through to the living area via a large entrance porch with utility room and coat cupboard.
A designer kitchen, fully equipped with a quartz topped island, dishwasher, induction hob, double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, large dining table and chairs. Patio doors leading to the garden and outdoor dining area.
The kitchen leads through to the family sized lounge and conservatory with colourful and comfortable sofas, a wood burner for cosy evenings in, 42" Smart TV . Enjoy those amazing views through the picture window to the ever-changing seascape. Double doors lead to the conservatory, the perfect place to sit, read a book or just to relax and enjoy the garden and the views.
The large garden area has plenty of dining areas, bbq, sunloungers and gorgeous sea views.
Fabulous walks from your door, St Loy cove and the coastal footpath are just a 10 minute stroll down the lane. Close to lots of family activies and beaches.
Bridie's Barn & Skylarks - sleep two
Large open plan living areas exude luxury, with leather chaise sofas, contemporary kitchens with all the latest appliances and a comfortable dining area for two. Throw open the triple glass doors and bring the outside in. Perfect on a warm summers day, enjoy lazing on the sunbeds or al fresco dining on the large south facing patios with those gorgeous views all around you.
The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable 6ft beds, Skylarks can be twin, with super comfy pocket sprung mattress and 100% cotton bedding. The spacious bathroom has a deep, double ended bath and a large walk-in power shower. You get a feeling of real indulgence here so relax and unwind.
It is just a 20 minute walk to the sea and the South West Coast Path from the farm, so you can enjoy fabulous walks in all directions straight from your door.
A perfect base to explore all that this beautiful area has to offer. The Minack open air theatre, St Michaels Mount, St Ives, Land's End, gardens, beaches, fishing coves, mining heritage coast, ancient stone sites and much more.
Being coastal and a popular holiday destination means we are fortunate to have activities for all ages, surfing lessons, kayaking, paddleboarding, boat trips, electric bike hire, childrens adventure parks, outdoor lido swimming pool, theme parks, restaurants, country pubs and cafes too, plenty of choice nearby.
