Please make a provisional booking by telephone or e mail with Mrs Linda Nicholson then send the deposit of one third of the hire charge to confirm the booking. The balance is due one month before the holiday. If the holiday is cancelled the hire charges paid are only refundable if the cottage is re-let and are subject to a £25 administration fee.

Beautiful location on the fells, ideal for walking and cycling holidays. There is boating on nearby Coniston Water, either hire your own boat or sail on the Gondola a Victorian steamboat. Take a trip on a steam railway or visit a historic house or gar.den or Beatrix Potters house or take the children to the world of Beatrix Potter, the Lakeside Aquarium or Grizedale Forest. Short breaks available in winter, spring and autumn starting Saturday or Tuesday.
