Terms & Conditions
Bookings must be accompanied by £150 deposit, the balance being due 28 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. Reminders are not sent, non-payment is deemed cancellation of your holiday.
Please advise us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday.In the case of cancellation your deposit will be forfeited. We will make every effort to relet the cottage in the event that it is not relet you will be liable for the balance.
3) Arrival and Departure:
Arrival day is Friday/Monday from 4PM, you must vacate the cottage by 10AM.
Occupation is limited to the guests named on the booking form. Guests are responsible for their own and their childrens safety at all times.
No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury or for loss or damage to guests property.
The cottage is thoroughly cleaned for your arrival, please leave it clean and tidy. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages.
Guests are NOT to bring their own dogs or pets to the cottage.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the cottage.
9) Holiday Insurance:
We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.
10) Force majeur:
If for any reason we have to cancel your booking in advance due to circumstances beyond our control we will refund the full amount of the price paid but will not be liable for any additional compensation, expenses or costs.

Perryhill Farm is set in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a hidden valley with beautiful scenic countryside yet only 10 minutes drive to World Heritage Jurassic Coast at Sidmouth, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe.
Newly renovated cottage is situated in a very peaceful and scenic location where there are many footpaths criss-crossing the valley, you can get glimpses of deer, hawks and all other faune and flora.
The cottage is single storey and has 2 double bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc, large lounge with inglenook fireplace complete with log burner and bread oven. Outside there is plenty of private parking and sunny patio.
Wake up to the sound of birdsong, brunch or dine al fresco on the sunny patio, stroll down to the River Coly for a paddle and see the ponies along the way. Curl up on the sofa in front of the cosy inglenook fireplace with a glass of wine.. enjoy!
