Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Brackenborough Hall Coach House provides award winning self-catering accommodation on our 900 acre farm. We are only 2 miles from the lovely Georgian market town of Louth, 10 miles from the sandy beaches and nature reserves of Lincolnshire's coast and less than an hour from Lincoln Castle and Cathedral, Hull and Skegness. The Coach House is ideal for individuals, couples, families and groups of up to 24 guests.

Our three award winning self-catering apartments have been converted from our 18th Century Coach House. Set in ancient parkland grazed by cattle, the site is part of our 900 acre farm and provides a beautiful, peaceful setting for walking, cycling, fishing, nature watching and relaxing in the extensive gardens. Children can play in the enclosed Coach House garden, or enjoy football or tennis on the Hall lawn. Explore the farm with maps of our favourite walks or a tour with Paul.

On the ground floor of the Coach House, 4 star Stables and Saddle Room apartments sleep 3 and 4 people respectively, making them perfect for couples or families. In both you can enjoy original herringbone stone floors as well as mangers and hay racks. Upstairs, 5 star Granary is exceptionally spacious and sleeps up to 8 people in two family bedrooms, making it perfect for larger groups. When staying in Granary you can watch the Coach House clock workings and see the original winch for lifting grain.

We welcome families and can provide cots, highchairs and toys free of charge. Farm tours can include a visit to our cattle and the chance to sit in a tractor or even the combine harvester!

Pets are welcome and we can provide dog bowls and suggestions for suitable walks. Many guests enjoy walking their dogs on the farm, where they do not need to be on a lead.

We provide maps for walkers and cyclists to help you to make the most of your holiday, and have a large, secure cycle shed.

We offer short breaks all year and can accommodate groups of up to 24 people.

Granary is an extremely spacious 5 star apartment occupying the entire first floor of the Coach House and sleeping up to eight people.  It has two large family bedrooms, one ensuite, each with a double and two single beds. The conversion has retained the 19th century Coach House clock workings along with the winch mechanism which lifted sacks of corn. There is a lovely large living space with plenty of room for socialising.

The Granary has space for up to 24 people to dine together, and this makes the Coach House a great choice for groups who enjoy exclusive use of the building when booking all three apartments.

Families are very welcome and we can provide cots and highchairs.

Whether you book one apartment or three, the Granary makes a great base for exploring the Hall grounds, the farm and the Lincolnshire coast and countryside.
