Set in the rural countryside yet only 2.5 miles from Pwllheli the Peninsula's main shopping town. Llwyn Beuno Holiday cottage, Efailnewydd is the ideal base for touring Lleyn and Snowdonia. Llwyn Beuno is situated just half a mile from the centre of Efailnewydd where you will find the village shop together with a village playing field catering for children from toddlers to 15 years. Next door to the playing field the Pwllheli Sports Club is situated, during summer you will find cricket matches being played. Set in the rural countryside yet only 2.5 miles from Pwllheli and the Cambrian Coast.

We have welcomed numerous guests to Llwyn Beuno over the last 50 years, Meira your host took over the business from her mother in 1998. We have evolved with the times and provide what today's discerning guests expect from a 4* Visit Wales-graded property. Of course, one thing we cannot control is the weather. However, there is plenty to do and see on the Peninsula whatever Mother nature throws at us.

Adjacent to our own accommodation is a beautifully furnished and well-equipped farm cottage set amongst some stunning scenery and ideal for walking, cycling, and exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

Llwyn Beuno Cottage is a 4* Visit Wales holiday property offering a quality self-catered experience, on the fringe of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on Llyn Peninsula The farmhouse provides an ideal opportunity to either relax or stream the latest films in front of the smart TV on our comfortable sofas or maybe in the hot tub. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and provide a high level of comfort and convenience. There is an excellent selection of games and books for all ages and persuasions. Outside we have a safe storage building for your cycles and etc.

The cottage is excellently equipped, and we have created a true ‘home from home to ensure you have a special and relaxing break.

Despite being only 2 miles from the beach at Pwllheli, the cottage is detached and safe with off-road parking for up to 3 vehicles. The outside of the property boasts beautiful views towards the Rivals Mountains from the garden, where you will also find the hot tub  and garden furniture to relax and soak up the rural surroundings, listen to the birdsong and babbling river about 100m away

The area provides excellent walking and cycling, and the local pub is within walking distance. The nearby town of Pwllheli provides an abundance of activities for children from an indoor soft play area, a small funfair, and bike hire to crabbing, and fossil hunting. Pwllheli also is home to the National Sailing Centre of Wales, where national and international Sailing Events are held.  Pwllheli is also known as the capital of Llyn, and you will find a mix of small independent shops as well as some noted High Street names.

For the avid golfers who stay with us, there is a choice of stunning courses on the Peninsula, Pwllheli, Abersoch, and the delightful Nefyn and District Golf Club at Porthdinllaen in Morfa Nefyn. There is also a golf driving range and footgolf facility at nearby Penrhos
