Converted former stable barn into two holiday cottages with own enclosed private garden and enjoying the views from our family farmyard situated within a peaceful rural village near King's Lynn, Amville and Linhay are perfect for summer holidays and spring/autumn escapes making them are an ideal base from which to explore the area. Close by is the Royal Estate at Sandringham and North Norfolk coast. The coastline is an area of outstanding natural beauty as well as being home to the Grey Seal colonies. The West Norfolk countryside in which the farm is located is a wildlife haven with an abundance of stunning flora and fauna on our doorstep.

Local amenities 500 yds - General Store/P.O and Medical centre. There can also be found a number of local Pubs which serve food close by. We also have a number of country market towns, National Trust properties and local attractions all within a short drive.  Each cottage is ground floor level, sleeps 4 and has a fully equipped open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room, patio doors and wooden floor, 2 bedrooms -1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, shower room and toilet, underfloor central heating, car-parking area and an outside patio decking areas with picnic tables, both cottages share a spacious enclosed garden making the cottages ideal for couples and families, subject to availability the cottages can be booked together for larger families. (Max 8 people)

Turn off A149 (King's Lynn-Hunstanton) at Roundabout onto A148 (sp Fakenham) Approx 300yds turn right (sp Grimston) in 3 miles stay on this road until the junction with the B1153 at the Victorian Clock Tower on the left, turn right opp Village Store & PO and The Olde Bell Pub. Straight ahead is the Church. The farm entrance is on the left immediately opp Vong Lane. Turn left into Eastman's Lane - Farm Entrance is on the left through the White Gates - Guest car park is on the left.
