Established family run self catering cottages set in the pretty coastal village of Weybourne. We are just 3 miles from Holt and Sheringham. Each cottage is individually designed offering something for everyone. We have 4 cottages allowing a dog and some properties are suitable for those with mobility issues. There are a range of choices with properties ideal for couples through to larger families accommodating up to 7 people.

Home Farm is a 133 acre holding, growing sugar beet and malting barley nested between heath and the coast on the edge of Weybourne.  Guests have use of our indoor heated pool, games room, play area, tractor ride on area, mini gym, laundry, onsite Beauty Room and electric car chargers. Home Farm is in easy walking distance of our lovely village pub, shop, tea room, churches and beach. The Steam Railway and the Muckleburgh Collection are also in Weybourne. We are well placed to discover this beautiful corner of the country.

We live on site to give you a warm welcome and are on hand with local knowledge and help if required.

(Note that 6 years and over can only sleep on the top bunk)

Rosedale Barn is a large barn conversion sleeping 4 guests and allowing a dog.  Across the road from the main Home Farm site this property is next door to Clock House both working well for larger groups coming together.  Both have large communal space.

Rosedale is all ground floor apart from the twin bedroom that is on a mezzanine floor accessed by proper stairs and that is surprisingly private.

On the ground floor is a large vaulted open plan living space, large master bedroom with en suite bathroom with roll top cast iron bath, and a spearate shower room.  It does work well for some guests who find stairs difficult.

Outside is seating, although is not enclosed the cluster of barns where Rosedale is situated is very quiet and a cul-de-sac.  No through traffic.  Off road parking for two cars.
