Dale Farm near the North Yorkshire village of Hunmanby is ideally located for exploring the stunning county of Yorkshire with Moors, Wolds and beautiful Filey Bay close by. Walk deserted beaches, cycle quiet lanes or just soak up the rural bliss and enormous skies on the farm. You can choose from a pretty light filled cottage, a stunning retro summerhouse, an airy loft apartment and two bright fresh studios which have all been converted by the owners from the original farm buildings. All the accommodation is dog friendly.

Two smart self-contained studio apartments converted from the original farm dairy. Retaining original features yet providing modern facilities these sparkling studios, one king size and one double/twin are ideal for couples or two friends. Both have fully equipped kitchens, central heating, en suite bathrooms and double aspect overlooking both the garden and the courtyard with seating and barbecues.

A pretty country cottage is converted from the original farm hands’ cottage. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the sitting room, range in the dining room and a light-filled garden room. In sunny weather you can sit in the part-walled garden and stoke up the BBQ. The cottage sleeps up to 6 or 7 in 3 bright bedrooms and bathrooms.

The Summerhouse, converted from the original cowshed, and retaining many original features. It has large bi-folding doors which open on to the kitchen garden, an enormous open plan living/sleeping area with huge log burning stove and brass double bedstead, separate kitchen and shower room. Sleeps 2 (plus 2 camp beds for children.)

The Granary, a loft style first floor apartment converted from the original farm granary and retaining original wooden beams, grain hatch and staircase. A bolthole for 2 it is warm, stylish, airy and bright. It’s big… the private entrance leads to a large open plan living, dining, kitchen space, luxurious bedroom with super king size bed (choose king or twin) and stunning en suite with vintage free standing bath tub and shower.
