Free Wifi.  Furnishings all to a very high standard, beautifuly cosy bed with egyption cotton bedding and fluffy towels.

From Alnwick take the A1068 to Alnmouth. At Hipsburn roundabout follow the signs to the train station. Go past the train station (over the bridge) and head up the hill. Out of the hamlet of Bilton take the first road on the left signed Bilton Barns and follow drive (for circa 0.3 miles) then turn left for the farmhouse.
