Details

A handsome Grade II listed stone farmhouse set in the Cych Valley which has glorious panoramic views. The house has been lovingly restored to offer contemporary comfort.

Enjoying glourious panoramic countryside views in a wonderfully secluded rural location, this grade II listed stone farmhouse dates from 1650 and has been lovingly restored to offer contemporary comfort. Adjoining the owners' home and working farm, it makes a year round, delightfully apointed haven for beach lovers, bird watchers and walkers alike- dolphins, seals and red kites are all spotted in the locality.

Our nearest town is Newcastle Emlyn (4 miles) which is a pretty market town with amenities including pubs, cafes, independent shops, supermarket and leisure centre with swimming pool.

Both the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Cardigan Bay offer miles of coastal paths, sandy beaches and rocky coves to explore. Hill walking in the Preseli Hills, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, boat trips, water sports and fishing are just some of the activities available in the area. For those with an interest in history there are numerous ruins and relics to explore, such as the castle in Newcastle Emlyn, the standing stones at the ancient burial site of Pentre Ifan and Castell Henllys Iron Age Hill Fort.
