4 luxury self catering cottages & Farmhouse accommodation (1-30 guests) located between Weston-super-Mare & Cheddar in glorious Somerset with garden/play area, indoor hot tub, outdoor gazebo & party social barn.

We are a working beef farm and have converted some redundant stone barns into 4 fantastic oak beamed cottages with modern facilities throughout all completed to an exceptional standard. Nestled below Crook Peak on the edge of the Somerset Mendip Hills (AONB) and amidst Somerset's famous cider making and Cheddar strawberry growing area, the cottages form an L shape which can be hired individually or together and are fabulous for families and intergenerational stays with the bolt on option for the hot tub room and party barn. The accommodation is excellently located for all that Somerset has to offer - beaches, walking, (Crooks Peak & West Mendip Way), outdoor activities, cycling (The Strawberry Line), exploring, historic attractions, family attractions and accessible to Bristol, Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Street, Come and explore what Somerset has to offer - there’s lots to see and do whatever the weather!

GOLIGHTLY - Accommodates >7 adults & 1 baby in 3 bedrooms - 1 triple (double & single), 1 twin & 1 Bunkbed room, with family bathroom and open plan lounge/diner & separate kitchen downstairs with patio to the front of the cottage.

KITTY - Accommodates >4 adults & 1 baby in 2 bedrooms (1 double bed & 2 singles) with family bathroom and open plan lounge/kitchen/diner downstairs with patio to the front of the cottage.

TIARKS - Accommodates >7 adults & 1 baby in 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 triple & 1 double sofa bed in the lounge). This cottage has the benefit of being on one level and is therefore suitable for the elderly/less mobile, & has its own private patio to the rear of the cottage with fabulous gazebo. A private indoor luxury hot tub room is available for this cottage off Tiarks patio.

POPPY - Accommodates >7 adults + 1 baby in 3 bedrooms - 1 double ensuite, 1 triple (double & single) and 1 twin with family bathroom and large open plan lounge kitchen diner with patio to the front of the cottage.

INDOOR HOT TUB ROOM - Located off Tiark's private patio, which can be hired for group bookings as well!  Tiarks cottage must be one of your choices.

RUSTIC PARTY BARN - For hire with self-catering accommodation for larger groups comprising bar, seating for 30, sofas, wood burner, fridges, sound system and room to party the night away. Caterers are available on request. Each cottage has full oil central heating throughout. The kitchens are fully kitted out with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob and microwave. The lounges/dining areas have leather suites, wide screen Freesat TV with FreeSat and Wifi. The bathroom has a "P" bath/shower, shaver point, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. Directly outside the properties is a large patio area with individual cottage patio furniture.  The large, communal and enclosed gardens and children's play area are located across the yard. Car parking also available.  All inclusive self catering rates include power, bed linen and towels (not for hot tub), and a Somerset goodies welcome pack.

2 electrical vehicle EV charging points are located on site.  Prevooking//payment required.

Golightly is a contemporary cottage over 2 levels, named after a racehorse who lived there when the farm was owned by the Tiarks family.

Downstairs:  Living/dining room with leather sofas & upholstered armchair, large Smart FreeviewTV & access to WiFi throughout the cottage.  The dining area can seat up to 10-12 guests, which is super if your group is staying in several cottages on the farm.  Refurbished modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the applicances etc needed for self catering with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave & electric oven & hob etc.

Upstairs:  Triple/family room with a double & single bed, with dressing table, bedside table & built in wardrobe.  Twin bedrrom with 2 single beds again with bedside tables and fitted wardrobe.  Third bedroom is a smaller bunkbed room with small tallboy unit and underbed storage.  The family bathroom with a shower over P-shaped bath, heated towel rail, WC & wash hand basin.

Exterior:  The cottage has its own patio to the front with patio furniture.  Guests have shared use of the grounds that include a large enclosed garden & play area.  Parking  area is located to the rear of the holiday lets.  Farm tours are availabile on request.

Additional Information:  All inclusive self catering rate including power, WiFi, bed linen, towels, welcome pack and radios/iPods.  Guests to supply travel cot bedding and own beach towels/hot tub towels.  Short breaks are possible all year around (2 nights minimum apart from Christmas, Easter, half terms & Summer where a minimum 3 night stay applies).  We are a pet free facility and no smoking permitted.

Tiarks is a smart and modern cottage on one single level which is suitable for The less mobile or families with young chikdren.  Level entry access available from rear cottage entrance.

Accommodation : Open-plan lounge, kitchen/diner area with leather sofas (including a double sofa bed) in front of the wall-mounted Smart Freesat TV and access to WiFi throughout the cottage.  The dining area has a table and seats 7 guests.  Contemporary and modern, the kitchen is well-equipped with all of the appliances guests need for self-catering with dishwasher, and washer/dryer etc.  Triple/family room with three single beds and bedside units. Double bedroom with two extra guests accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed located in the living area.  Family bathroom with a shower over the P-shaped bath, heated towel rail, WC and a handbasin.

Outside: The cottage has its own private patio with garden furniture to the rear and fabulous gazebo. Guests also have shared use of the grounds that include a play area and an enclosed garden and a hot tub room off Tiarks patio.  On site parking available.  Farm tours can be arranged on request.

Downstairs:  The open plan lounge, kitchen/diner has leather sofas and a Smart TV with Freeview channels. WiFi is available throughout. An extendable dining table seats up to 16 people and is great for multi cottage bookings.  Modern, stylish kitchen with all mod cons with a dishwasher, washer/dryer for guests to use during their stay.

Upstairs:  Family/triple bedroom with a double and a single bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobes.  Master ensuite bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a shower ensuite with a shower, WC and a handbasin.  Twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables & reading lamps & built in wardrobe. From Bristol: Take A38 south for approximately 15 miles. Pass through Sidcot and then at Cross turn right before the New Inn Pub and follow signs for Webbington and The Webbington Hotel & Spa. * Pass the hotel entrance on the right hand side and at the small crossroads, turn right into Barton Road and then turn immediately left into Webbington Farm. The cottages are located on the right hand side and the farm on the left on entering the farm. From Burnham-on-Sea: Leave M5 at Junction 22 and follow A38 signs marked for Bristol/Cheddar for 6 miles. With The Lamb Inn pub on your left take the next turning left into Old Coach Road which is also signposted for Webbington and The Webbington Hotel & Spa. Then follow directions above from * (above).
