Eight individual luxury converted barns sleeping from 2 - 7 persons. We can offer a week or short break either a weekend from Friday - Monday (3 nights) or Mid week Monday - Friday (4 nights). Enjoy a getaway in the depths of South Norfolk offering peace and tranquilly yet close to lots of local attractions including the Norfolk/Suffolk coast which boast miles of sandy beaches, explore the local lanes on our free to hire cycles or just relax in the Hot Tub. Not forgetting we are situated at the Southern foot of the Norfolk Broads so many waterways to discover in a day hire launch for adventures to remember.

Set amidst the beauty of Norfolk's southern broads an attractive set of eight handsome self catering barn conversions, which have been graded 5 Star Gold. Situated on a working Arable and Dairy farm in a peaceful rural location. All barns have been tastefully and comfortably furnished with many original features including beams. The barns enjoy a wonderfully peaceful rural setting on a working arable/dairy farm. On farm walks/fishing/birdwatching, come and see the cows being milked and plenty of opportunity to cycle around our country lanes. Relax in the comforts of a Hot Tub after challenging the family in the Games Room( Pool, Table Tennis and Table Football), Fitness Barn and Soft Play Barn for the little ones.  Swimming available free of charge at Waveney river Centre 1 1/2 m from the barns Close to many local attractions, Coast and Norfolk Broads. Open all year. Mallard sleeps 7, Widgeon/Teal/Coot sleep 6 . Woodcock/Snipe sleep 6, Partridge & Pheasant sleep 2.

Partridge and Pheasant Barns are our latest two conversions. The neighbouring barns have been converted from a traditional Norfolk Cart Shed Barn.

Both have an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge Area where oak beams and leather sofas combine to add a modern touch to a traditional building. Great views of the surrounding countryside.

The kitchens are exceptionally well equipped. An IPod docking station sends music around the whole barn for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a Super King Size Bed which can be split to twin beds if preferred (on request). Luxurious bed linen complete the look.

The bathroom has a luxurious spa bath and seperate shower, toilet and WC and even a television so you can soak away the hours.

Both barns have a grassed garden area overlooking farmland which includes a patio area with table, chairs and BBQ.
