This spacious cottage near Chichester has two large bedrooms and ample living space for 4 people with 2 large sofas, coffee table, dining table and kitchen area.
The master bedroom suite has a 6? bed and a separate shower room. Bedroom two also has an en-suite bathroom.
The oak kitchen comes fully equipped with Denby crockery and the large sitting/dining area opens on to a private south-facing patio with garden furniture, sun umbrella and BBQ.

Dairy Cottage was new for 2012 and is a very spacious three bedroomed Cottage with views towards Bosham. Set slightly apart from the courtyard formation of the other four. Upstairs it has views towards the water’s edge at Dell Quay.On the ground floor is one large twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and located on the first floor are 2 spacious bedrooms one double (with en-suite shower room) and another twin room with it’s own bathroom, although all beds can be either twins or doubles (at a small additional cost). Dairy Cottage also has an entrance hall with cloakroom, large sitting room, kitchen and separate utility room.

its own private south-facing patio area. A trellis fence opens up the space with
a view of the herb garden with bay balls, box hedging and wisteria. Why not take a stroll towards Chichester Marina on the Salterns Way. The fully-fitted
oak kitchen is generously equipped with appliances and crockery. French doors
open on to a secluded south-facing patio area complete with garden furniture,
sun umbrella and BBQ. The
bedroom has a 6? bed, or 2 singles if you prefer and the bathroom benefits
from both a bath and a power-shower.

As one of the largest cottages available to rent around Chichester, Rose Cottage provides very generous accommodation for 6 people. The master bedroom has a 6? bed, or two singles if you prefer, and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath. Separated by the spacious living area, there are two further twin bedrooms and a family shower room. A high chair and travel cot can also be supplied.


The superb living area benefits from a beautiful, high vaulted ceiling. An electric ‘wood burning’ stove surrounded by three large sofas with side tables, makes a welcome feature for those colder evenings. The large oak kitchen area is superbly equipped and the dining table can seat eight comfortably. Patio doors open to an east-facing terraced area with table, chairs and sun umbrella, which allows you to enjoy breakfast in the beautiful Rose Garden with its 50ft long pergola draped in roses, clematis and lavender. There is also a south-facing terraced area to the front of the property with an additional table and chairs,sun umbrella and BBQ. Rose Cottage also benefits from undercover parking for two cars.

The bedroom has a 6? bed, or 2 singles if you prefer, and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Denby crockery etc. Patio doors open to a private east-facing patio area in the large and fragrant Rose Garden which has a stunning 50ft-long pergola covered in rambling and climbing roses, clematis and lavender. There is a further south-facing patio to the right of the cottage with garden furniture, umbrella and BBQ, which allows you to catch the most of the evening sun.

From the East (Brighton) From the roundabout (A27) take the A286 towards the Witterings. Follow the road for approximately one and a half miles. Turn right at the signpost Apuldram/Dell Quay. Turn first right into Appledram Lane, the farm entrance will be the first left turn. From the West (Portsmouth) From the first Chichester (A27) roundabout take the A259 towards Fishbourne. Turn first left into Appledram Lane South. Follow the lane for just over 1 mile and after a sharp left hand bend the farm entrance is signposted on your right.
