In a peaceful area on the edge of the South Downs National Park our 200 acre cattle farm has stunning views towards the South downs and Surrey Hills. Plenty of paths for walking and cycling.
Village shop and Queens Head pub 1 mile. Walking distance to Nyetimber, Nutbourne and Kinsbrook vineyards.
Easy reach for beaches, theatres, the South Downs, Horsham, Worthing, Arundel, Petworth, Brighton, Chichester, Goodwood and National Trust properties.
London Victoria 1 hour by train from Billingshurst or Pulborough station 4 miles. Gatwick 25 miles.

Woodshill farm is on a hill with outstanding panoramic views of the South Downs and Surrey Hills. Walk or cycle the footpaths and bridleways that meander through the fields and bluebell wood.

Dine outside in the sunny courtyard or have a leisurely picnic on the farm watching the cows and calves in the fields and maybe spot Deer, Badger, Buzzards, Red Kite and other wildlife. Our 2 sheep love you to visit and chat.

Walk the South Downs Way and take in the amazing views then maybe enjoy refreshment in one of the many cafes in the local villages.

30 minutes to South Coast beaches.  Walking distance to Nyetimber and Nutbourne vineyards.

Places to visit in the area are Parham House, Leonardslee, Borde hill, West Dean, High Beeches. National Trust properties Petworth House, Nyemans, Standen, Wakehurst Place, Sheffield Park.

RSPB Pulborough, Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Amberley Working Museum, Fishbourne and Bignor Roman villas.

Woodshill Byres Holiday Cottages are 1 mile North of West Chiltington village.

Travelling from the North take the A23 then the A272 West signed to Billingshurst until you reach Coolham Crossroads (Selsey Arms pub on left). Turn left onto the B2139 until you reach a staggered crossroads. Turn right onto the B2133 signed to Billingshurst. After about 1.5 miles take the next sharp left into Broadford Bridge Road signed to West Chiltington.

Travelling from the South take the A29 head North through Pulborough until you reach Adversane cross roads (Blacksmith Arms pub on left) Turn right onto B2133 towards West Chiltington and Thakeham. After about I mile turn right into Broadford Bridge Road signed to West Chiltington.

After turning into Broadford Bridge Road drive for about I mile. The drive is on the right before the steep hill and is signed WOODSHILL BYRES HOLIDAY COTTAGES.
