Fantastic facilities available, excellent walking from the doorstep including walkable pubs, close to many National Trust properties and a selection of quality pubs and restaurants.

Quiet tranquil location offering 4 star Gold Award Self catering in either the renovated 17th century Barn which sleeps 5 with a private hot tub, a luxury 2 bedroom log cabin (sleeps 4) with a hot tub and wood burner or a stunning Shepherd's Hut just for 2 with a private hot tub and Bell Tent glamping at it's finest - see Glamping section for Hut and Tent. Winners of 2014/2015/2017 Best Self Catering Worcestershire and the Visit England ROSE award for service excellence in 2017. The owners live in the Georgian farmhouse and are on hand to help you plan your days out and guide you on some of the local walks which are available from the doorstep including a fabulous walk to the Malvern Hills with just 1 road to cross and 3 walkable pubs.

The extensive facilities available include a heated outdoor swimming pool available during the summer months, tennis court, characterful heated games room with log burner, pinball, bar billiards and much more providing perfect entertainment for a rainy day along with the woodland walk around the property where you can stop at the wildlife hide overlooking the old oast pond and an active badger sett.

Hens and ducks scratch about outside and there are cats, dogs and horses plus a variety of fruit trees and hedgerow bushes which you are welcome to help yourselves to any of the seasonal produce.

There is a lounge area with sumptuous sofa, an occasional chair and footstool. Flat screen 42” TV with Freeview,DVD player /CD/Ipod docking station and Free superfast WiFi.

The dining area has an extendable table with seating for 8, an antique dresser with books and games for both adults and children.

The fully fitted kitchen includes and electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and there is a small freezer downstairs. (see inventory for full list of kitchen equipment). A Laundry shed is available.
