Enjoy a peaceful position in open farmland with superb extensive views. Ideally situated for York, Castle Howard and the North Yorkshire Moors and coast.

Set in the Howardian Hills and very close to Castle Howard, featured in Brideshead revisited this is a perfect place to explore the vale of York and East Coast. There are plenty of excellent country walks throughout the area with the hills and moors of North Yorkshire just a short drive away. An ideal area for cycling or a day at York races.

This charming cottage has been converted from an old farm building and retains much of its old character with exposed beams throughout. Enjoying a very peaceful position, adjacent to the owners’ house, the cottage is surrounded by open farmland over which there are superb, extensive views. Very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated the cottage provides spacious accommodation with just one small internal step, making it ideal for those with limited mobility.
