With views for miles over the Valley towards Sherwood Forest and the Pennines beyond, the location makes this lovely spot perfect for easy access to Lincoln and Newark. A wonderful place to explore for your children and pets or a quiet retreat in the secluded Hilltop Cottage for a couple.

Hilltop Farm Cottage is a reconstructed cow byre which has been modernised to a high standard . It enjoys stunning views over the valley and  has its own private off road access and parking. The sunny secluded patio is great for use at all times of the year and overlooks a large landscaped garden and the little orchard which provides you with lovely shade in the summer. You are on the Lincoln Cliff Edge, centrally located in the county to enjoy easy access to the beautiful city of Lincoln. You can enjoy the award winning butcher and baker in the village of Navenby nearby, which also hosts cafes, an antique shop and all the essential facilities that mean there is no need to travel far if you have just come to relax and enjoy the countryside.

Hilltop Barn sits in its own meadow with wonderful views and an adjacent wooded conservation area. Enjoy having space of your own and sunny barbecues.

 

The fully-equipped kitchen diner is ideal for up to six people. Upstairs the gallery rooms include a twin bedroom and a fine master bedroom, with solid ash plank floor and view across the valley. The upstairs television lounge can accommodate up to six people. The barn bays are ideal for sitting in the sun or shade to enjoy eating “el fresco”. There is a downstairs en suite wetroom with  twin bedde to cater for up to six. The basic option is for four people without this extra facility.
 

Beds are made up ready for you on arrival. Towels are provided. Enjoy constant hot water in high quality shower rooms . The added luxury of under-floor heating in the kitchen keeps the barn cosy at all times of the year.
