HOLLY FARM COTTAGES Thank you for choosing to book accommodation at Holly Farm; we look forward to welcoming you to our family farm. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking. Terms & Conditions Deposit and Final Payments Provisional reservations accepted by telephone or email must be confirmed within 7 days in writing with a signed booking form and the required deposit. Once a booking is confirmed the Hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday We require £200 per cottage per week as a deposit when you book your cottage (s). The deposit is non-refundable. The balance to be paid on arrival. The balance of the payment becomes due three weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel the booking three weeks or less before your date of arrival we will ask you to pay for the booking in full. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover any unfortunate eventuality. Group Bookings The group leader, the person who makes the booking, is responsible for ensuring that all the money due is collected and paid on arrival. A refundable £100 deposit is required for group bookings to cover potential additional housekeeping costs to get the cottages back to their original condition. This amount is totally refundable provided: a) recycling is limited to the containers provided or arrangements are made for the disposal thereof; b) the premises is left in a clean and tidy condition with dishes, cutlery etc, washed and put away; c) in the event that furniture, crockery etc is moved from one cottage to the another, that it all be returned to the original position. Should it be necessary to rectify the condition of the cottages, function room, recycling, etc there may be a charge deducted from your deposit, based on time and/or damage. Bookings cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 or parties where the majority of members are under 18 years The hirer agrees not to cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of nearby property. Utilities Utilities are included in the quoted rates. The small laundry room has a tumble dryer. Charge is by £1 electric coin meter. Arrival and Departure Your cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to leave by 10am to allow our cleaning staff access. If you need to arrive outside these times, please give us a call. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We ask that cottages are left tidy on departure and that all dishes in the kitchen are clean and your rubbish / recycling is placed in our main bins. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub The Pool is not staffed by a lifeguard and use of it is at guests own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your children whilst using the pool. All those under the age of 16 using the pool must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18) at all times. Dogs at Holly Farm We do accept well behaved dogs. Dogs are charged for at £15 per dog for stays of 4 days or less and £25 per dog for longer stays. Please bring the dogs’ own bedding; dogs are not allowed in bedrooms on beds, chairs, sofas etc.Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, any mess cleaned up, and dogs should not be left unattended at any time in the cottages. Guests on site The facilities are only open to those booked to stay at Holly Farm Cottages and other than with prior agreement the swimming pool and games room are for use by registered guests only. Family and friends are of course welcome to visit our guests (but must leave the site overnight), but please let us know if they are on site. Additional Charges/ Guests Where the number of people staying in a cottage exceeds the stated a mattress with linen will be charged at £20 per person per night up to a maximum of £40. The same charge will apply even if you bring your own air bed and linen. Lost Property Lost property is donated to charity after one month if not retrieved. Postage must be paid up front for any goods returned by mail. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the interiors of any of the buildings. Lost Keys A £10 charge will apply for lost keys. Damages We reserve the right to charge for any significant damages and/ or breakages to the cottages, their contents or the ground and gardens. E&OE.

Relax in the heated, indoor swimming pool, chill-out in the hot tub, walk, cycle, eat ...enjoy.
Two cottages converted from an old stone barn. There is an indoor heated pool with hot tub and a games room set in an old orchard. We are between two villages both of which have pubs serving good food. On the edge of the Somerset Levels, which are a bird watcher's paradise. It is also popular with cyclists. There is plenty to see and do. A week won't be enough.

1. Coming from the Motorway
Leave at Junction 25 and follow the signs to Yeovil and Ilminster, A 358.
Go through Henlade and onto the dual carriageway.
At the top of the hill there are traffic lights and a garage.
Bear left to Langport: A378.
Immediately (500 yds) turn left again to North Curry and Stoke St Gregory.
2. Coming from the A303
At the Ilminster roundabout take the Taunton exit.
Continue along the A358 for 6 – 7 miles.
The road widens to a dual carriageway as you go uphill.
At the traffic lights at the top of the hill turn right to Langport: A378 and then immediately (500 yards) left to North Curry and Stoke St Gregory.
3. Continue along the North Curry road for 3 miles.
Holly Farmhouse is exactly 1 mile from the centre of North Curry.
