Nestled in the heart of the Suffolk Countryside our rural accommodation gives plenty of open views and space to relax and unwind. We have a beautiful well stocked lake, with black swans and ducks. Feed our lovely American miniature horses, and admire our beautiful fallow deer. We also have peacocks and numerous visiting wild life.

This tranquil peaceful setting is ideal for all ages. Explore our secret garden area, or climb the mound viewing point. Suitable for family get togethers. Sophisticated Hen and Stag weekends, with the opportunity of exclusive use of the whole site. Ask for details. For even more luxury why not book use of our 9 seater Canadian hot tub and/or sauna. Both open 24/7 for the perfect midnight dip.

The Granary offers open plan accommodation with 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests - all on one level for easy access.

We offer complimentary use of extensive games room, with Pool table, Table tennis, Darts, Air hockey, board games and much more. Outside play croquet on the lawn or try your hand at giant chess and draughts.

Free onsite parking. Free Wifi and many nearby activities, make this the perfect countryside vacation.

With Newmarket race course, Newmarket Horse racing museum, and Newmarket Nights, nearby, and with the many churches, memorials, historic places of interest, Clare Priory Park, walks, cycle routes, antique centres, local village pubs and tea shops all within a short drive. Or you might want to go Punting or visit the famous university buildings in Cambridge, just 30 minutes or so drive. We are also placed near to the famous market town of Bury St. Edmunds, with the Cathedral, Abbey gardens and an abundance of shops. Or you might like to visit Long Melford, with the famous Kentwell Hall, Melford Hall or its beautiful church. We also have cinemas, golf, bowling and horse riding nearby. Though many guests just prefer to stay on site and relax away from the hussle and bustle. The choice is yours
