Our studios are situated on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border in the heart of the National Forest and are ideal for short breaks amongst the woodlands, villages and towns which characterise the area.

Each studio has been refurbished to a very high standard and with some individual touches. The Luminaire features a large, Victorian style bathroom with a starry ceiling and Draughtmans Corner a walk in shower room ideal for anyone of limited mobility.
There is a small enclosed garden shared by both studios and off road parking.
Dogs are welcome in Draughtmans Corner and as we are right next to a nature reserve, there are plenty of handy walks on the doorstep.
