We offer you a warm welcome to our beautiful 15th Century farmhouse and luxury stone barn conversion with sea views in a spectacular, yet peaceful location on the coast midway between Bude and Boscastle.

Your stay will be in one of our tastefully furnished rooms with ample heating, wonderfully comfortable beds and sumptuous en-suite bathrooms. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Our now legendary freshly cooked farmhouse breakfasts using only the best quality, locally-sourced ingredients are served at individual tables in our character oak-beamed dining-room.

You can relax in the picturesque garden while listening to the sound of skylarks and the distant sea. In cooler weather you can unwind by the cosy wood fire in the sitting room.

Lower Tresmorn is ideally situated to explore this dramatic part of Cornwall and further into Devon. Exhilarating walks on the coast path or inland start from your front door and of course, there are beaches to suit every taste, all within very easy reach.

You will be spoilt for choice of restaurants, pubs and cafés close-by with individual shops in Bude, Wadebridge, Padstow and Launceston.

Stately homes, formal gardens and King Arthur’s ruined cliff-top castle at Tintagel are all within easy reach, or you may choose to visit the fishing villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac, Padstow and Clovelly. Further afield you can visit the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives and Land’s End.
