Lower Pinn Farm

Bed & breakfast in 19th century built farmhouse on the world heritage Jurassic coast 2 miles west of regency town of Sidmouth. Ideally situated for visiting many places and walking with access to coastal path from our fields. Lower Pinn has three comfortable guest rooms 2 rooms have zip & link beds can be twin or super king size the other room has a king size double bed , all with en suite facilities with large showers, wash basin & toilet.
Each guest room is complete with tea and coffee making facilities, television, clock radio, shaver points, hair dryer and central heating throughout. A fridge is provided for the use of guests.
 Good hearty breakfast served. Ample off road parking. Keys for access at all times
