Welcome to our AA Highly Commended 4 Star Farmhouse Guest House with AA Dinner Award. Winner of the North Devon 'Super Service' and 'Best B&B/Guest House' Award. All of our rooms are en-suite and we have introduced new ground floor accommodation with wheelchair access and 'wet room' en-suite for those with restricted mobility.

Brenda's award winning home cooking using local produce and catering for special dietary requirements satisfies all. This is a welcome repast after a day exploring the delights of North Devon and Exmoor such as Rosemoor, Arlington Court, Marwood Gardens and the historic towns of Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple. Or simply relax wandering in our 25 acres of fabulous gardens and landscaped grounds with an abundance of wildlife and colourful plants. A break at West Down is a Holiday for all seasons and we have bargain breaks and offers available to tempt you to visit us.

An AA award winning three course evening meal including an aperitif,  wine and coffee is available at a cost of £20.
