Hidden down a country lane discover 8 converted barns and stables surrounded by rolling Norfolk countryside.

Many original features have been retained and our self catering cottages are very well maintained, and well equipped.  Internet accessible in all holiday cottages.

Outside there is a superb play area with zip wire, wooden climbing frame, swings, trampoline, tree house, large slide and loads of grass to play games on. There is even 1959 David Brown tractor. Inside there is a games room with a pool table; football, basketball, badminton and table tennis can be played in one of the barns.

Wood Farm offers quiet country walks, easy acces to coast and Norwich, a superb children's play area and magnificent views. The Pigs Pub (Country Life Country Pub of the year 2009) is 10 minutes on foot. Holt is a 7 minute drive.

Shakespeare in love beach Holkam 30 minutes by car.
