High Dalton Hall Cottage

High Dalton Hall Cottage is situated on a working family hill farm in an elevated position overlooking the breathtaking countryside of North Yorkshire and Teesdale. 

Open your curtains to a picturesque farm scene of sheep and cattle grazing in the fields, ducks on the pond and wonderful views across the rolling countryside.

The Cottage has been sympathetically converted from a rambling stone barn into fully-equipped, self-catering accommodation.  Oak beams, log burning stove and stone features collectively create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Available throughout the year, the Cottage comprises a very large sitting/dining room containing log burner.  The large picture windows command extensive views over unspoilt countryside from the comfort of the lounge.

All linen is provided, the property is fully cnetrall heated and logs are available.

Due to it's prime location and easy access, the Cottage is the ideal retreat for exploring all the beauty which North Yorkshire and Teesdale have to offer - walking, rambling, birdwatching and fishing.  It is also an excellent base for touring further afield into Durham, Northumbria, Cumbria and the Coast. The Lakes are approx. 1 hour away.

We are situated midway between the market towns of Barnatrd Castle and Richmond (approx. 6 miles).  The area is renowned for the excellence of it's eating houses and country pubs.

Our non-smoking accommodation comfortable sleeps four people with the additional sofa-bed for two.

As we are a working farm, regrettably we are unable to allow pets.
