Horse Riding Holidays in the Countryside

Many of our properties offer a field and/or stabling for horses, and most have riding on the farm or nearby.

Just look for the stabling symbol on the property details.

Being in the countryside there are plenty of farm and off road rides, and maps and itineraries are available at the farms. Go trekking up country lanes, or ride across open fields and take in the landscape. Many of our hosts will be riders themselves, and will know all the best routes for you  to go exploring. They may take you there themselves

Farm stays are perfect for horse holidays because you will be looked after by people who work with the animals on a regular basis, and they have everything that you need to go riding, whether you are a novice or an experienced rider.

There are also several riding schools or stables - approved by the British Horse Society - close to our farms across the UK.  Your Farm Stay host should be able to advise where their nearest is.

See our list below of properties which offer the chance of Horse riding either on site or nearby.
