Elmsted Court is a late 14th century family farmhouse on our sheep, cattle and arable farm set in the beautiful Kent countryside. Less than 10 miles from Canterbury, Ashford and the coast. We offer comfortable B&B accommodation with en-suite facilities, hospitality tray and television, in a relaxed, peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

Andrew and Carol welcome you to our family farmhouse which offers comfortable B&B accommodation in a relaxed, peaceful and friendly atmosphere.  Conveniently situated for exploring the many and varied attractions of Kent and East Sussex.  We are only 9 miles from Ashford, Canterbury and Folkestone.  Ideally situated for crossing the channel, or visiting London, just 35 minutes by train from Ashford International Station.

We have two well equipped rooms with super-kingsize beds which can also be converted to twin beds with modern en-suite showers.

Our delicious breakfast menu offers a variety of choices and includes eggs from our own free range chicken and locally sourced produce as and when in season.

We farm 500 acres and have 400 breeding ewes, Lleyns and Suffolk Cross, 150 cattle and our arable crops this year are Winter Wheat, and Spring Barley.  There are numerous footpaths which enable guests to walk across the fields and through woodland and gain wonderful views of the Garden of Engalnd.

Car arrival: M20 - Junction 11 take the B2068 towards Canterbury. After passing the Petrol Station on your right and the George Inn on your left, proceed for nearly 1 mile and take the second left hand turn * signposted Wye, Hastingleigh and Elmsted, also brown pottery sign Continue along the lane, passing Dean Farm on your left at the bottom of the hill and take the first lefthand fork with the Elmsted Village sign in the centre. Continue along the lane until junction with finger sign post and Elmsted Church on your right. Elmsted Court is large white farmhouse with white gates From Canterbury take the B2068 to Hythe. After approximately 7 miles take the right hand turn and follow * as above. Approximately 20 minutes from M20
