Our cottages are fully wheelchair accessible accommodating guests of all abilities with level access to all areas. Perfect for families ,(grandparents included) or friends looking for that ideal location from which to explore Yorkshire and all it has to offer. Spacious light and with en-suite wet room, family bathroom, lounge, dining kitchen complete your indoor facilities . Gas central heating, patio and garden furniture. For less mobile guests we have a range of mobility aids Open grass surroundings ideal for relaxing or a great game of football.
Alongside we have a one bedroomed cottage annex to our own home offering accommodation for two more mobile guests

Easily accessible from the A1, M1 and M62 motorways ensuring you are never far from amazing attractions, stunning scenery, spectacular shopping, history, culture, outstanding outdoor activities whatever you're looking for, you can be sure it isn't too far from our doorstep. Historic York is only a 15 minute drive away but don't drive into the city, take advantage of the park and ride service at York's Designer Outlet (but leave enough time to visit the Outlet and bag that designer bargain!). Thelittle Market town of Selby with its beautiful Abbey, and Carlton Towers House and vinyard are almost on the doorstep. The North Yorkshire Moors and east coast resorts are all within 1-1-1/2 hrs drive. with the undiscovered Yorkshire Wolds much nearer.

For guests needing extra help we offer the following:- shower chair, perching stool, raised toilet seat, overbed table ,assistance wheelchair, Invacare mobile hoist, Profiling bed, a reclining chair is standard in all cottages. We can hire any other items you may require, please advise when booking. A small additional charge is made for items that require regualar testing. Whilst equipment has test certificates in place, it is used at your own risk, weight limits apply to some items

All propertiesjave full central heating with an electric fire in the lounge, patio and garden furniture.The open grass area to the exterior of the cottages is ideal for barbecues, relaxing, or a game of football.

Arrival: From the south A1, M1, to M18 to M62 J37. To A63 eleven miles turn right A19 take second turning. From north take A19 to Selby approximately nine miles turn left to Ricall Mine. We are one mile on the left.

From the North take the A19 south for about 8 miles ignore two signs for Riccall Village then take the next left
