The Old Saw Barn is a beautifully renovated barn conversion on a friendly family farm and surrounded by glorious Worcestershire countryside. It is just 3 miles from the old market town of Pershore, and perfectly placed for visits to Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. There are good local walks in the immediate area and plenty of local entertainment and things to do to amuse the family.

Hill Court Farm is very much a family farm, with a plethora of chickens, horses and ponies. It is a mixed farm, with beef cattle, cider fruit and arable crops. The farm is also involved in environmental and conservation schemes for which it has won awards. The renovation of the Old Saw Barn was completed in the spring of 2007. The barn is spacious, sophisticated, luxurious, and yet it retains its rustic classic charm. It sleeps 7 people, plus a cot. It consists of a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, a large living room with wood burning stove, a downstairs toilet and a utility room. Upstairs, there is a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with king-sized bed, a twin or triple room, a small single bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. There is a south-facing patio area with a table and chairs, and a barbeque.

The barn is surrounded by the garden, and there is private parking. A stream flows at the bottom of the property. There is a colour television, full WIFI, Rangemaster cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven, hair dryer, DVD, and book library, some games and extensive tourist information. Electricity, towels, bed linen and duvets are included. Pets and children are welcome, however please note that pets are allowed downstairs only. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Smoking is not allowed.

The Old Saw Barn is located down a long farm drive, just 1 mile from the villages of Bishampton and Fladbury. In Bishampton, there is a local shop and public house, and in Fladbury, there is a butcher, 2 public houses and a hairdresser. The old market town of Pershore is 3 miles away and the larger town of Evesham approximately 5 miles away. Stratford upon Avon is 20 miles away, and Broadway, the gateway to the Cotswolds, is just 11 miles away. The M5 is just 8 miles due west, allowing quick and easy access to both north and south.

In addition to the local towns and sites of historical interest, there are several local fishing lakes close by, 2 golf courses within one mile of the barn, a local tennis club, a water-sports facility, and several National Trust gardens.

The Old Saw Barn is open all year, including Christmas and New Year. On request, short breaks are available from November to March, excluding Christmas, New Year and Cheltenham Gold Cup Week.

From the M5:

Leave the M5 at Junction 6 (signed posted Worcester (N) and Evesham), and at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A44 (signposted Evesham). Continue on the A44 signposted to Evesham, over 2 roundabouts, and straight over the traffic lights in Pinvin. At the next roundabout continue on the A44 to Evesham, and over 2 more roundabouts on the Wyre Piddle Bypass. After the 2nd roundabout, after ¼ mile there is a turn to the left, signed Throckmorton and Bishampton. Continue up the hill for ¼ mile, and, before the crown of the hill, turn right up a small lane. Continue for 300 yards, and turn left at the junction. Continue through the hamlet of Hill, past the last house and down the farm drive for ¼ mile. The Old Saw Barn is at the bottom of the incline on the right.

From the A44 from Oxford/Evesham:

Travel on the A44 on the Evesham bypass towards Worcester. Travel through Chadbury, passing the BBC Wood Norton Centre on your right. Continue up this road for nearly 1/2 mile, passing a turn to Sheriff Lench on your right (don’t turn here!). 400 yards after the turn to Sheriffs Lench, there is a farm drive to the left. Turn left and down the farm drive for ½ mile. Drive past the farm and you will see the Old Saw Barn in front of you.
