The Old Saw Barn has been converted into a spacious and luxurious holiday cottage with rustic modern charm and surrounded by open fields. It sleeps 7 people, plus a cot. It consists of a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, a large living room with wood burning stove, a downstairs toilet and a utility room. Upstairs, there is a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with king-sized bed, a twin or triple room, a small single bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath and shower.
There is a south-facing patio area with a table and chairs, and a barbeque. The barn is surrounded by the garden, and there is private parking. A stream flows at the bottom of the property.
There is WIFI, a smart television, DVD, Rangemaster cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven, hair dryer, a small book library, some games and extensive tourist information. There is free use of the family tennis court.
Electricity, towels, bed linen and duvets are included. Pets and children are welcome, however please note that pets are allowed downstairs only. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Smoking is not allowed.
The Old Saw Barn is located down a long farm drive, just 2 miles from the villages of Bishampton and Fladbury. In Bishampton, there is a local shop and public house, and in Fladbury, there is a butcher, 2 public houses and a hairdresser. The old market town of Pershore is 3 miles away and the larger town of Evesham approximately 5 miles away. Stratford upon Avon is 20 miles away, and Broadway, the gateway to the Cotswolds, is just 11 miles away. The M5 is just 8 miles due west, allowing quick and easy access to both north and south.
In addition to the local towns and sites of historical interest, there are several local fishing lakes close by, 2 golf courses within one mile of the barn, a local tennis club, a water-sports facility, and several National Trust gardens.
The Old Saw Barn is open all year, including Christmas and New Year. On request, short breaks are available from November to March, excluding Christmas, New Year and Cheltenham Gold Cup Week.
