This 18th century Yorkshire Wolds farmstead, close to wonderful Filey Bay, nestles in three leafy acres packed with wildlife, sculptures and curious collections. Walk deserted beaches, cycle quiet lanes or just soak up the rural bliss and enormous skies. Three spruce little woodland cabins, ideal for couples or a group of 6 friends, mix simplicity and comfort with proper beds, one twin and two doubles, and crisp bed linen. Fully insulated with double glazing and wood burner, you will be warm and cosy all year round. Each cabin has a kettle and a sunny deck with barbecue, seating and chimenea. The cabins share a pretty shower room and there is also an outdoor sink with running water.
The treehouse has a simple living space with log burner and fairy lights, a snug bedroom with a double bed and pretty bed linen and a proper hot shower. Underneath is a separate loo (no shared facilities here) and a quirky outdoor kitchen with hot running water and fridge plus deck with barbecue, chimenea and seating .
The Big Yellow Caravan has a retro feel; original interiors and festoon lights yet with all mod cons including cosy double bedroom (plus sofa bed if needed), spacious living area, separate shower ‘shed’ and a large sunny deck overlooking glorious Yorkshire Wolds farmland. The most private location on the farm with lots of outdoor space, a hammock for lazy summer afternoons and a fire pit for cool Yorkshire evenings.
