Newhill Farm Cottages are three luxury holiday cottages nestling at the edge of Pitmedden Forest on the outskirts of Auchtermuchty. The cottages – Horse Mill Cottage (Sleeps 6), The Old Cart House (Sleeps 4) and The Old Stables (Sleeps 4) benefit from fully inclusive use of the shared range of leisure facilities. There is a shared indoor heated swimming pool with indoor hot tub (plus changing rooms and toilet facilities), Private Outdoor Hot Tubs for each cottage, separate games room/gym building (gym equipment, table football, snooker/pool and table tennis, as well as board games and toys). In addition, there is an outdoor children’s play area and our new all weather outdoor tennis court. Recently added is our Electric Vehicle Charging Station and Outdoor Picnic Area.

The cottages are very well equipped, pet friendly and very comfortably furnished, with spacious leather sofas, Open log fires/log burners and with FreeSat TV and free Wi-Fi. There are lovely walking and cycling trails from your doorstep and an abundance of local wildlife to see. We have recently obtained our Green Tourism Silver Award for eco-friendly tourism and sustainability.
