We are located on the hillside in Colne Valley, bordering the National Trust Marsden Moor estate. The area is criss crossed with footpaths, bridleways and biking routes. We are within a short (uphill) walk to our local pub which serves a good selection of food and local ales. A couple of miles along the canal are the pennine villages of Slaithwaite and Marsden each with a railway station and a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
We are close to working farms so unfortunately cannot accept dogs (except guide dogs).
