The Stables - close to Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire - is a beautiful two-bedroom former stables with lots of country character in a great location for a break from it all.
The Stables is situated on the grounds of our working arable farm. Dating back to at least Victorian times, this building would have originally housed the draft horses that worked the land here years ago. It was converted some years ago into a cottage, and has recently been renovated with a modern-country aesthetic. Views from the cottage, which is all one one level, extend out onto the farm land and the famous Car Dyke is located nearby. It’s an ideal base for exploring the local area, whether it be for group get-togethers thanks to its adaptable sleeping space, golf or cycling holidays, or family trips.
The Stables is a self-catering, self contained unit on the grounds of the farm. It features two bedrooms - both with an adaptable space of a twin bed or a super-king bed set-up. The property enjoys one bathroom with a beautiful roll top bath and separate shower. Cooking facilities are with a modern fan oven and electric hob, with dining for four people. The sitting room offers a comfortable space for relaxing during your stay. A Smart TV with Freeview is available, and WiFi in the property. Parking for 2-3 cars is available behind the property. Patio doors from the living area lead out to a patio area with views down across the local area, while a grassed garden area is at the front of the property.
