Tinywood Houses

Our original property, Tinywood One is a 20 foot property made of steel and wood.  It has two floors cleverly constructed to maximise space.  Guests will be amazed to find a well appointed kitchen finished with granite worktops, a fold away dining table that seats five, a living room with wood burner and stow away sofa, seperate shower and toilet and a master bedroom with king size bed!  The first floor features three full sized single beds arranged around a landing with fold down staircase.

(central heating as well as log burner) ensures a comfortable stay whatever the time of year.

The unique experience doesn’t end inside the house.  A South African styled Stoep or veranda features an indoor Gas BBQ or Braii which doubles up as an open wood burner.

We are a family site, please respect no noise after 11pm.

The hot tub is filled with fresh water prior to arrival of guests and the fire will be warming the water. Although it is not advisable to use soaps in the hot tub, these tubs are originated in Scandinavia as external communal baths.  Please note Hot Tube Not Under Cover

Our second property, Tinywood Two is a 16 foot property made from steel and wood to the same high specification as the original Tinywood One. However, in this unit, both the bedrooms are upstairs, leaving the ground floor free as a lounge/diner with extra convertible double bed. Sleeps four + two.

Guests will be amazed to find a well appointed kitchen finished with worktop, a fold away dining table that seats five, a living room with wood burner and sofa, separate shower and toilet and two staircases leading to bedrooms and the Hot Tub.... all on the ground floor!

A spiral staircase leads to a landing from which guests can access the Hot Tub via a doorway, or access the Master Sleeping Loft with King Size double bed.

Beneath the landing is a full size fridge adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which offers sink and twin hob.

Capacity 4 + 2 people in 1 king and 2 singles + 2 people accommodated on sofa bed.

Bed linen is provided for all four beds but not the +2 sofa bed. Guests must bring sleeping bags for the sofa bed. Base sheets will be provided, but guests must pre arrange this.

Towels are not provided. 

Logs are provided at no extra charge.

Fire and gas BBQs.

The Tiny Wooden Hut is located adjacent to a working arable field.

It is the guests responsibility to ensure the tiny House is left clean and tidy.

Maximum 6 guests.

Our third property, Tinywood Three is a 20 foot property made from steel and wood to the same high specification as the original Tinywood One.  However, in this unit, both the bedrooms are upstairs, leaving the ground floor free as a lounge/diner with extra convertible double bed.  Sleeps four + three upstairs with guest sofas for two + one downstairs - total 8 berth.

Guests will be amazed to find a well appointed kitchen finished with worktop, a fold away dining table that seats five, a living room with wood burner and sofa, separate shower and toilet and two staircases leading to bedrooms and the hot tub.... all on the ground floor!

The Family Teeny is a glamping pod that sleeps up to 6 people.  The Family Teeny purveys a “back to basics” camping experience akin to a wooden tent with fitted furniture.   At only 10ft by 12ft this pod lives up to its name, but is packed with unique features to make your stay comfortable.

• The ground floor features a fold down bunk bed that sleeps 2 adults.

•  A small kitchen area provides room for food prep and a small sink with running cold water.

•  A table that sits 4 people doubles as a landing, while kitchen units double as steps and seats!

•  A sleeping loft is accessed from the table/landing and sleeps 2 in a king size double bed.

•  A sofa bed sleeps a further 2 people.

•  Capacity 4 + 2 people in 1 double and 2 bunks + 2 people accommodated on sofa bed.

•  The Family Teeny is located adjacent to a working arable field.

•  It is the guests responsibility to ensure the Tiny House is left clean and tidy.

There are no internal cooking appliances so all culinary exploits will take place on the BBQ provided.  A small amount of crockery,  cutlery and a kettle are provided.

A wood fired hot tub provides solace whatever the weather.

A private external flushing toilet is included.

Sheets are provided for the beds but guests will bring their own sleeping bags/bedclothes/pillows.

Electric lighting and plug sockets are present.

Please note, there is no wood burner, however electric heating is provided for warmth.

This is truly miniature living yet fantastically functional.  The Teeny Weeny Two  features all you would expect from Tinywood Homes such as magnificently uninterrupted views across the Warwickshire countryside. In addition, the property features:

Featuring adjacent gazebo housing its own hot tub.  Here, guests can enjoy a barbecue, sit and eat and de-stress in the wood-fired hot tub.  This is truly miniature living yet fantastically functional.  The Teeny Weeny DELUXE house features all you would expect from Tinywood Homes such as magnificently uninterrupted views across the Warwickshire countryside. In addition, the property features:
