Nothing in this Contract limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any damage or liability incurred as a result of any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us.
Complaints If you feel you have a reason to complain about the Property, you must tell us immediately so we can take appropriate action. We can’t help you if we do not know about your complaint. If you do not report your complaint immediately and choose to raise it on your return home, you accept that it will make it harder to investigate your complaint after your stay has ended.

You must vacate the Property by 10.00 am on the date your rental period finishes.
