There are three beautifully converted 19th Century farm buildings.  Ideally situated in Kenilworth for NEC, Stoneleigh Park, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford and the Cotswolds.  Within walking distance of Kenilworth Castle and close to pubs and restaurants in Kenilworth.  The self catering accommodation is bright and modern and has free wireless broadband, ample parking and private patio gardens.

North Mere has three barn conversions that have two and three bedrooms.  

The Granary is light and spacious.  There are two first floor bedrooms (one twin and one king sized double) both with en-suite shower rooms. The downstairs comprises a WC, spacious open plan living room and kitchen/diner with steps down to an additional sun room with access to the patio garden.

The Coach House is a single storey holiday cottage with two bedrooms (one twin and one double).  There is also a spacious shower room, open plan kitchen, dining and living room and patio garden.  The single floor living makes this ideal for people with limited mobility.

The Old Dairy is our largest holiday cottage and has three bedrooms.  There are two first floor bedrooms (one twin and one king sized double) sharing a family bathroom with an over the bath shower. There is an additional ground floor king sized double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  There is level access to the ground floor bedroom, WC and living room with steps to the kitchen / diner and patio garden

On your arrival you will find tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk so you can sit down with a cuppa and enjoy the peace straight away.

From M40 (and M42 West)

Exit the M40 at Junction 15 and head north along the A46 dual carriage way. Leave the A46 at the junction sign posted A452 to Leamington / Kenilworth. Take the first exit off the roundabout and head towards Kenilworth town centre, on the A452, following signs to Kenilworth Castle. At the clock tower turn left towards the castle on the B4103. Continue along this road, past the castle on your left. At the end of the houses is a left turn to Chase Lane, opposite a right turn to Coventry. Continue along Chase Lane for approximately 1 mile and you will see the turning on the left hand side down the hill to Pleasance Farm.

From M6

Exit the M6 at Junction 4 and head south on the A446 which then merges with the A452. Continue on the A452 (signposted to Leamington) through Balsall Common and on to Kenilworth. Directly where the houses of Kenilworth start you will see a sign to Coventry on the left. Directly opposite this road on the right is Chase Lane. Continue along Chase Lane for approximately 1 mile and you will see the turning on the left hand side down the hill to Pleasance Farm.

From M42 East

Exit the motorway at Junction 6 and join the A45 sign posted to Coventry. Do not fully join the A45 but keep in the left hand lane exiting at the first junction, signposted to Leamington and Brownhills. Take the third exit off the roundabout on the A452. If you continue along this road it will take you through Balsall Common then on towards Kenilworth. Directly where the houses of Kenilworth start you will see a sign to Coventry on the left. Directly opposite this road on the right is Chase Lane. Continue along Chase Lane for approximately 1 mile and you will see the turning on the left hand side down the hill to Pleasance Farm.
