There is much to see and do in beautiful East Devon, it is very green with fields of livestock, large trees and hedges full of wildlife and wild flowers.
Historic interest, gardens, wildlife parks and reserves and a beach for every day of the week.
Dartmoor is a great day out for a change of scenery.

Nestled in the AONB of the Blackdown hills, with the Jurassic coastline near by. Many footpaths in and around the picturesque village of Dalwood, that has the popular Tuckers Arms and a community shop.

Have a walk in the beautiful country side and enjoy the outstanding views You may bring your well behaved dog to enjoy the lovely walks as well.

Hawley farm has livestock housed in the winter, sheep lambing and calves growing. In the summer the sheep and cattle are in the fields. The dairy is at the other end of the farm where 140 cows are milked twice a day all through the year. Hawley is the quiet end of the farm.

East Devon has many pretty villages with country pubs great for food and drink.

The Cider Press sleeps 6 plus cots in kingsize en-suite and two king/superking/twins with family bathroom.

The Wagon House sleeps 4 plus cot in two superking/kingsize bedrooms en-suites.

The Stables sleeps up to 7 in  two bedrooms with the sofe bed in the upstairs livingroom and three bathrooms.

Kingsize bedroom with wet room, and two other bedrooms with family bathroom, these rooms are  kingsize and super kingsize or can both be made as twin rooms.  Bedrooms open out to sitting out area and a grass lawn with seating table and cushions.

All bedrooms have a TV/DVD.

For a family with four children or for three couples making six in all, family with three gererations. We have cots/high chairs and stair gates.

The Stables are a high standard listed barn conversion.

Spacious and comfortable, two large bedrooms (one downstairs) with super king beds that will split into twin bedrooms with an extra bed in the downstairs room. Both with en suites, also a famly bathroom upstairs. A large livingroom upstairs with a sofa bed. A large kitchen downstairs with a range cooker. Fridge freezer and a ulility with sink , washing machine and tumble dryer.

Underfloor heating with eco boiler.  Dish washer. Bi folding glass doors that open out on a seating area.

Smart TVs in bedrooms and living rooms. Good Wifi.

Parking.

Great views, very quiet away from road noise, only sounds of the country.

Close to many places of interest and the Jurassic Coast. Great for walking, sightseeing and relaxing.

Coming south on the M5 turn off at Taunton and head for the 303 going south to Exeter once on the 303 turn off left at Otter vale onto the Stockland Hill Road, past mast turn left at Hawley turn, then 2nd left to farm.

Coming from the A35 turn right at Shute cross, onto the Stockland Hill Road, turn right at the Hawley turn, then 2nd left to farm.

Coming from Exeter head to Honiton then onto the A35 to Axminster, once on the road turn left of at the bottom of Willmington up to Moorcox Cross turn left then right then 2nd left to farm.

Be aware that if using a satnav they may well take you to a neighbour with narrow access as we have the same post code. We have a sign at the bottom of our drive also the drive is all tarmac. Our address is Hawley Farm------not Little Hawley!
