Orchard House is a stunning barn conversion which sleeps up to 14 people (plus 3 cots) with accessible facilities.

Originally a cow Byre, the barn still retains its original character whilst offering modern accommodation. There is a large fenced garden which is laid down to lawn, ideal for outdoor games. The patio area is perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. The lounge is beautifully furnished with leather sofas, a wood burning stove, speaker dock, large flat screen Smart TV & blu-ray player. You will find the spacious farmhouse kitchen is well equipped for large dinner parties - the dining area will seat everyone from both properties & outside catering is available too. 

The Bedrooms! The downstairs bedroom suite has been designed for the less mobile, see the access guide on our website for further details. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms. The North Suite has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom & cot room. Two further bedrooms have three & four full-size single beds in them, they share a bathroom. The South Suite has a king-size bed, a single bed & an ensuite bathroom.

Fantastic large BBQ cabin with bar area for you to create your own "Pub" - perfect for everyone from both properties or exclusively for Orchard House guests when our two properties are booked separately.

Rose Cottage is character property which sleeps up to 7 people (plus 2 cots).

Dating from the 18th Century, the cottage includes original exposed beams & a bread oven. The private fenced garden is laid to lawn, a safe haven for dogs & children. The farmhouse kitchen is brimming with character & doubles as a dining room. In the cosy lounge there are leather sofas, a wood burning stove and flat screen Smart TV with Sky Freesat.
The Bedrooms! The master room has a double bed & ensuite facilities. The second bedroom has 3 full-size single beds & the third bedroom has twin beds. They share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Tucked away in the garden you will discover your very own BBQ cabin - perfect for evenings round the BBQ whatever the weather. You can even BBQ on Christmas Day!

This delightfull cottage is an idyllic hideaway for a family or a couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Go to bed after enjoying the dark sky and then wake up to the birds singing - perfect

Directions from LEINTWARDINE (use the landmark of The Lion pub which is just by the stone bridge postcode SY7 0JZ)

Depart Leintwardine, head south towards Leominster. Take the first right-hand turn KNIGHTON (A4113). Continue on this road 1mile. Take the second left-hand turn LINGEN & PRESTEIGNE. Continue on this road for about 2.5 miles. Take the first right-hand turn BRAMPTON BRYAN & KNIGHTON. Almost immediately turn left WILLEY & BORESFORD. Continue on this road for about 2.5 miles. You will pass Boresford Farm and then go round a sharp left-hand bend. Continuing on past a cottage on your left you will find our farm drive on the right marked with a black on white sign HICKS FARM.

Directions from PRESTEIGNE (use the landmark of Judge’s Lodging postcode LD8 2AD which on Broad Street, Presteigne)

As you drive down Broad Street you will see the Judge’s Lodging Museum on your right, continue on down Broad Street going over two small stone bridges. Continue on this road for about 4miles (the road rises steeply and goes up and down on a winding route). Go straight on at the cross-roads (a small red post-box and notice board are on the left). You will find our farm drive about 1 mile from here on the left marked with a black on white sign HICKS FARM.
